Shipping Policy
Last Updated: October 13, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how Room Ready Supply ("Room Ready Supply," "we," "us," or "our") processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website. It matches our Terms of Service and the language shown in our cart and checkout.
By placing an order with Room Ready Supply, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Area
Room Ready Supply currently ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders submitted with an international delivery address may be canceled and refunded.
Certain shipping restrictions may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, remote areas, and locations that cannot be serviced by our available carriers.
2. Shipping Origin
All orders ship direct from our supplier warehouses via commercial carrier. Room Ready Supply does not offer local delivery or warehouse pickup.
Because orders ship from the supplier warehouse nearest your items, the shipping origin may affect the estimated delivery time and shipping cost for your order. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, it may arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking numbers.
3. Order Confirmation and Handling
Your order is confirmed when your payment is accepted. You will receive an order confirmation by email with your RRS order number.
Confirmed orders are transmitted to the supplier within 1β2 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit time is additional and varies by destination and shipping method.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other days when our suppliers or shipping carriers are closed. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after normal business hours begin handling on the next business day.
Handling may be delayed because of:
- High order volume
- Inventory availability
- Payment verification
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather
- Freight scheduling requirements
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
If a significant delay affects your order, we may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.
4. Shipping Carriers and Services
Because orders ship directly from the supplier's warehouse, each supplier selects the carrier and service level best suited to your order β typically a national parcel carrier for standard-size orders, or an LTL freight carrier for large, heavy, or palletized orders.
The carrier used for an order may depend on:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Package dimensions
- Total shipment weight
- Delivery destination
- Residential or commercial address
- Freight-service requirements
- Carrier availability
The supplier may select or change the carrier or service level when reasonably necessary to complete delivery.
5. Shipping Charges β One Order, One Payment
Paper products, cleaning supplies, liners, soaps, and laundry essentials combine into one business order and one invoice.
- Every order, at any weight: shipping is quoted in the cart (through our shipping-quote API) and listed automatically as a Delivery line in your checkout total, before you pay.
- You pay the full total β items, sales tax, and delivery β at checkout. There is no separate shipping invoice and no pay-later shipping charge.
- After payment is accepted, your order is confirmed and the shipping process starts (see section 3).
- Shipping is shown as its own line item and is not included in the item prices shown on the site. A minimum shipping charge applies to every order.
Fees in this section and sections 9β12 are customer-requested or customer-caused extras only β they are not the standard delivery charge. The standard delivery charge is always the one quoted in your cart and paid at checkout, and it does not change after you pay.
Where a customer requests a non-standard service β such as expedited delivery, inside delivery, liftgate service at a location that does not require it, or delivery to a limited-access or remote location β the supplier or carrier may apply an additional fee, and Room Ready Supply may contact the customer to discuss those specific costs before the order ships.
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address that causes a reshipment or a carrier address-correction charge may result in an additional fee.
6. Shipping Promotions
Room Ready Supply does not currently offer free shipping. Shipping charges apply as described in section 5.
If a shipping promotion is offered in the future, its terms will be published on this page. Any change applies only to orders placed after the change is published; an order already placed ships on the terms shown at the time it was placed.
7. Estimated Delivery Dates
At checkout and in your order confirmation email, your delivery estimate is shown as a date range β for example, "Estimated delivery: Thu, Oct 22 β Mon, Oct 26." The range is calculated from the order date, the 1β2 business day supplier handling window, and the carrier transit time to your destination.
Delivery estimates are estimates only. Any delivery estimate may be affected by carrier delays, area conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond Room Ready Supply's control. Room Ready Supply does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless a written delivery guarantee has been expressly provided by us.
We are not responsible for carrier delays after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier, but we will assist customers with available tracking and claim information.
8. Parcel Shipments
Smaller orders are typically shipped as standard parcel shipments through the supplier's carrier of choice. Parcel deliveries may be left at the delivery location according to the carrier's procedures unless a signature is required.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is secure and accessible. Room Ready Supply is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or damaged after the carrier records the shipment as successfully delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment.
9. Freight and Pallet Shipments
Large, heavy, oversized, palletized, or bulk orders may ship via LTL freight through the supplier's freight carrier.
Freight shipments may require a scheduled delivery appointment, a valid telephone number, a loading dock, a forklift, a pallet jack, liftgate service, residential delivery service, limited-access delivery service, or inside-delivery service.
Customers must accurately state whether the delivery location is residential or commercial. A location may be treated as residential by the carrier even when a business operates from the property. Additional charges may apply when the delivery classification entered during checkout is incorrect.
10. Residential Freight Deliveries
Room Ready Supply delivers to both commercial and residential addresses. Residential freight deliveries may require an appointment and may involve additional charges.
Standard freight delivery generally means delivery to the curb, driveway, loading area, or another location accessible to the freight vehicle. Unless specifically purchased or confirmed in writing, standard freight delivery does not include moving products inside a building, carrying products upstairs, unpacking products, assembly, installation, removal of pallets or packaging, or placement in a specific room.
11. Liftgate and Special Delivery Services
A liftgate may be required when the delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift capable of unloading the shipment. Liftgate service and other special services may involve additional carrier fees.
The customer is responsible for charges resulting from inaccurate delivery information, unavailable unloading equipment, missed appointments, refused shipments, or services requested at the time of delivery that were not included in the original order.
12. Delivery Appointments
Freight carriers may contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment. Customers must provide a current telephone number and respond to carrier communications promptly.
Failure to arrange or accept delivery may result in storage charges, redelivery charges, return freight charges, reconsignment fees, order cancellation, or other carrier-imposed fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the delivery failure was caused by Room Ready Supply.
13. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will generally be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may not become active immediately after the shipping label is created.
For freight shipments, tracking may be provided through a freight bill number, PRO number, shipment reference, or carrier website.
14. Inspecting Deliveries
Customers must inspect all shipments when they are delivered. Before signing a freight delivery receipt, the customer should check for torn or punctured packaging, crushed cartons, broken pallets, missing cartons, loose or shifted products, water damage, visible product damage, incorrect quantities, and broken wrapping or seals.
Any visible damage or shortage must be clearly written on the carrier's delivery receipt before the customer signs it. Signing a delivery receipt without noting visible damage may confirm that the shipment was received in acceptable condition.
When possible, customers should take clear photographs or videos of the complete shipment, the pallet, the packaging, the damaged area, the shipping label, the delivery receipt, and the affected products.
15. Damaged Shipments
Inspect your shipment on delivery. Report any damage, shortage, or incorrect items to us within 5 business days of delivery, with photos, so we can file the carrier claim.
Damage reports should include the order number, customer name, delivery address, description of the damage, affected quantity, photographs or videos, a copy of the delivery receipt, and details of any damage or shortage noted with the carrier.
Customers must retain all products, cartons, pallets, wrapping, labels, and packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed. Do not discard, repair, use, resell, or alter damaged products before receiving instructions from Room Ready Supply.
Claims reported after this period may not be honored.
16. Concealed Damage
Concealed damage is damage that was not reasonably visible when the shipment was delivered. For concealed damage discovered on opening, notify us within 5 business days of receipt, with photos. Customers should open and inspect shipments as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
17. Missing Items and Shortages
Missing products, missing cartons, and quantity shortages must be reported within 5 business days after delivery, with photos. For freight shipments, visible shortages should be noted on the delivery receipt before it is signed.
Confirmed shortages may be addressed through replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution determined by Room Ready Supply.
18. Lost Shipments
A shipment is not considered lost merely because tracking has not recently updated or the estimated delivery date has passed. A shipment may be considered lost only after the carrier completes its investigation or confirms that the shipment cannot be located.
Customers must promptly notify Room Ready Supply when a shipment appears delayed or lost. Any refund, replacement, or credit may depend on the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
19. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Room Ready Supply is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect addresses, missing suite or unit numbers, incorrect ZIP codes, invalid telephone numbers, incorrect residential or commercial classification, inaccessible delivery locations, or incorrect recipient information.
20. Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
If a customer refuses a shipment without prior written authorization from Room Ready Supply, the customer may be responsible for original shipping charges, return freight, redelivery fees, storage fees, carrier penalties, handling costs, and restocking fees when applicable.
Damaged shipments should not automatically be refused unless Room Ready Supply or the carrier instructs the customer to do so. Customers should document damage on the delivery receipt and contact us promptly.
21. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Products
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is confirmed, Room Ready Supply may contact the customer to discuss available options, which may include delaying the shipment, shipping available products separately, offering a substitute (only with your prior approval), issuing a partial refund, or canceling the affected item.
22. Delays Outside Our Control
Room Ready Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, government actions, road closures, public emergencies, supply-chain interruptions, freight-terminal congestion, incorrect customer information, delivery-location restrictions, or acts of God.
23. Changes and Cancellations
Order changes and cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Because confirmed orders are transmitted to the supplier within 1β2 business days after payment is confirmed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted. Before shipment, you may cancel any order for a full refund. Once an order has shipped or been tendered to a carrier, it cannot normally be canceled.
24. Shipping Policy, Terms, and Returns
This Shipping Policy should be read together with Room Ready Supply's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Reporting a shipping issue under this policy does not automatically authorize a return. Products must not be returned without prior authorization from Room Ready Supply.
25. Policy Changes
Room Ready Supply may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when the revised policy is posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
