What's the minimum order?
Most Premium items sell by the case, for example 3 dozen Grand Luxury bath towels or 2 dozen T250 sheets. Every card shows exactly what one case holds and what it costs.
How does volume pricing work?
Each product shows its price ladder. Order past a step and the lower price applies to that whole line in your cart, automatically. No code or quote needed.
Ring-spun or long-staple: which towel should I choose?
Grand Luxury and Simplicity use ring-spun cotton for a soft, durable towel. Optima uses long-staple cotton, our softest premium hand. Premium cotton blend is the value pick in this line.
What's the difference between Premium and Economy?
Premium steps up to T250 and T300 sheets and ring-spun or long-staple cotton towels. Economy uses T180 and T200 sheets and economy cotton towels to keep cost per room as low as possible.
How is delivery priced?
Orders ship direct from supplier warehouses. Delivery is calculated for every order and shown in your total before you pay.
